Job summary

Bayer is seeking a senior supply chain professional for regional planning across Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and the Philippines. You will ensure uninterrupted product supply, drive cost-aware decisions, and oversee launches and lifecycle changes in collaboration with regulatory and commercial teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or SCM preferred.
5+ years in supply chain management with stakeholder management experience.
Strong communication with stakeholders across functions.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities with structured thinking.
Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize deadlines.
English proficiency; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure uninterrupted supply by solving operational issues and coordinating with partners.
Lead change initiatives in supply planning and adoption of new processes.
Monitor inventory and develop short-term supply plans with stakeholders.
Manage bottlenecks, allocate resources, and handle exceptions.
Define bridging stock levels for country-specific events.
Oversee lifecycle events and regulatory-aligned changes.
Coordinate with regulatory, commercial, market access, and quality teams.
