Job summary

Kopi Kenangan is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Planning Analyst to own inventory and supply planning across regional warehouses, balancing dry materials, packaging, small wares, and perishables to ensure stock availability.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2–3 years in FMCG or retail, advanced Excel skills, and a data-driven mindset to translate demand forecasts into actionable Purchase Orders and optimized stock levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years in FMCG, Retail, or F&B with exposure to material planning, inventory management, or supply planning.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel (Sum-If, LOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data validation, nested formulas, scenario modeling).
• Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and a data-driven approach to stock optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; collaborative and proactive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Regional Inventory Management: Monitor supply planning and inventory across 3–4 regional warehouses for packaging, dry raw materials, small wares, and low-volume perishables.
• Forecast Translation & PO Execution: Review demand forecasts, evaluate stock balances, determine vendor order quantities, and place/track POs.
• Safety Stock & Flow Optimization: Analyze inventory to maintain target safety stock and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate SCM system data and generate reports on inventory movements, stock cover, lead times, and fulfillment performance.
• Risk Mitigation & Collaboration: Identify bottlenecks early and liaise with vendors and logistics to resolve delays.
