Job summary

Grab is seeking a Supply Chain Strategy & Planning Lead to drive long-term efficiency for its logistics network. You will connect raw data to executive decision-making, owning the design and financial sustainability of shipping programs and related FP&A activities.

You will partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and P&L impact while working with data science and engineering to define core metrics and build automated dashboards for strategic monitoring.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in supply chain strategy, FP&A, management consulting, or business analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization with Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to turn complex datasets into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in network/financial modeling or incentive/subsidy design.
• Experience with budgeting/forecasting, P&L drivers, variance analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, SCM, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supply-chain FP&A ownership (Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance).
• Partner with Finance to own FP&A rhythms, including budgets and forecasts.
• Develop scenario-based forecast models for network changes and shipping program strategies.
• Lead strategic planning for the first-party (1P) network, including placement of dark stores and distribution centers.
• Evaluate changes to our logistics network layout based on density and constraints.
• Design fee structures (Pricing, Unit Economics & P&L).
• Perform cost-benefit analyses to design free shipping thresholds and program structures.
• Monitor Core Metrics, Data Collaboration & Monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to define metrics and dashboards.
