Job summary

Oriental Sheet Piling, a unit of ArcelorMittal, seeks a Technical Sales Engineer for our Tangerang site to drive structural steel business from design through tender and project execution. You will review drawings, BOQ/MTO, and steel specs, and develop technically and commercially sound proposals while building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Diploma in civil/structural engineering with relevant experience.
Hands-on ability to review drawings, BOQ/MTO, specifications and customer requirements.
Experience with structural consultants, fabricators, contractors or project owners is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new structural steel business opportunities within construction and related project sectors.
Build relationships with structural consultants, architects, main contractors, fabricators, developers and project owners.
Review drawings, schedules, tender documents and specifications to identify requirements.
Prepare technical-commercial proposals and tender submissions with clear scope and assumptions.
Coordinate with mills, suppliers and internal teams to ensure feasible and compliant solutions.
Engage in technical meetings, site visits and project discussions to support sales growth.
