Job summary

Diversey in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Procurement & Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management, and cost optimization across the business.

You will manage relationships with contract manufacturers and key suppliers, ensure SOX compliance and data integrity in systems such as SAP, Coupa, and SAC, and work with regional teams to deliver cost savings, inventory optimization, and supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement/purchasing.
• Experience in chemical, specialty chemicals, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Contract manufacturing management experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Power BI, SAC, SFDC, and Coupa E-Sourcing or similar procurement systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the country; a valid driving licence is preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sourcing projects to achieve cost savings, COGS targets, working capital improvements, OTIF, supply lead-time, and raw material inventory targets.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new potential suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
• Manage relationships with contract manufacturers and key suppliers, ensuring commercial and data requirements are met.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with SOX requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate procurement data across SAP, Coupa, SAC, and other systems.
• Prepare regular project updates for the Regional/APAC Procurement leadership team and country leaders.
• Monitor supplier and market intelligence to base decisions on reliable information.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet objectives and improve processes.
• Support change management and drive continuous improvement in sourcing activities.
