Job summary

Clouwny is seeking a Social Media & Content Lead to own the brand's presence across platforms from strategy to content production. You will drive growth through KOL partnerships, creative development, and performance optimization, collaborating with the Owner, Creative team, Marketplace, and other teams.

The role is based in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, and requires strong leadership of content across formats, with a focus on distinctive, relevant storytelling that aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in social media, content, brand, digital marketing, or related field.
• Proven ownership of social media or content strategy.
• Experience with consumer-facing brands in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail or e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok formats, audience behavior and platform dynamics.
• Proven experience leading content production including photoshoots, video production, campaigns or similar projects.
• Strong experience in KOL/influencer/creator management, including strategy, selection, negotiation, execution and evaluation.
• Strong creative judgment and a clear understanding of what makes content relevant, engaging and shareable.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn performance data into actionable strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own Clouwny's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Develop content pillars, channel strategy, editorial direction, and growth priorities
• Translate brand positioning, campaigns, and business objectives into clear social media strategies
• Stay ahead of audience behavior, cultural trends, competitors, and platform developments to identify opportunities
• Lead the creative direction of Clouwny's social content across Reels, TikTok, carousels, UGC, lifestyle, promotional, and campaign content
• Develop concepts, storylines, hooks, and creative frameworks that are relevant to the target audience and aligned with the brand
• Own the end-to-end content production process, from creative concept and briefing to shoot planning, production, and final output
• Lead the planning and execution of photoshoots, video shoots, campaign shoots, and product content
• Own Clouwny's KOL and creator strategy across relevant platforms and lead KOL research, evaluation, selection, negotiation, briefing, and campaign execution
• Define and monitor relevant social media and KOL performance metrics and analyze content and campaign performance to understand what is working and why
