Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Detailed Scheduler Senior Planner based in Jakarta. This role reports to the Plant Planning Lead and involves administering and controlling production schedules to meet product demand and delivery timelines, with emphasis on forecast analysis and material coordination.

The ideal candidate will design scheduling frameworks, lead cross-functional teams, and manage schedules for new product launches, ensuring capacity alignment and on-time execution across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in production scheduling, supply chain management, or project management.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement dynamic scheduling frameworks to optimize resources and timelines.
• Lead cross-functional sessions with engineering, production, and MPS planners to align scheduling with goals.
• Develop and maintain detailed production and project schedules for demand and launches.
• Monitor forecasts, lead times, capacity, and new product introductions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and create contingency plans.
