PT. Indo Kreasi Grafika is seeking a skilled Production Planner to oversee planning and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery. The role emphasizes coordinating with production teams, managing material readiness, and adapting plans for urgent customer requests.

The ideal candidate brings a D3, at least three years of planning experience, and proficiency in English and Bahasa, with ERP knowledge to optimize production flow.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 (D3) required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in planning.
• Proven experience as Production Planner/Scheduler or Material Planner.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa (oral and written).
• Understanding of production procedures.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Team player with good communication.

Responsabilités

• Understand production process and track progress to stay on schedule.
• Update planning based on machine capacity and coordinate with production team to meet daily targets.
• Manage production plan based on due dates to meet customer delivery.
• Ensure materials and internal resources are ready for smooth production.
• Revise schedules as needed for urgent requirements.
