Job summary

SCHÜTZ Indonesia is seeking a motivated professional to plan and prepare production schedules for our Karawang factory. The role focuses on establishing sequences, lead times, and workflows to meet shipping dates, while expediting delays and coordinating materials for smooth operations.

Responsibilities include drafting master schedules, guiding departments, and preparing purchase orders when needed. This position requires 3–5 years of related experience and strong planning skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Holder or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Excellent technical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Good computer skill, experience with SAP preferable.
• Result oriented.
• Problem solving and good interpersonal skills.
• Work independent and self discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture to meet shipping dates.
• Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead times.
• Plans workflow for each department and operation according to manufacturing sequences and lead times.
• Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other operations for production workers guidance.
• Expedites operations that delay schedules and adjusts schedules as needed.
• May prepare lists of required materials, tools, and equipment.
• May prepare purchase orders to obtain materials, tools, and equipment.
