Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience as Purchasing Staff, Procurement Officer, or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (for tracking and cost analysis).
• Strong negotiation and networking skills to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and select potential suppliers/vendors based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
• Negotiate prices, contract terms, and delivery schedules to ensure the company gets the best possible deals without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with the warehouse or inventory team to monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
• Check the received goods to ensure they match the requested specifications and handle any return or replacement for defective items.
