Our client, a leading healthcare manufacturing group, seeks a Procurement Section Head (Expat) to oversee end-to-end procurement, supplier management, and warehouse operations at their Sumatera, Indonesia site.

The role reports to the Head of Commercial and requires collaboration with senior leadership, engineering, and operations. Expatriate-friendly environment with a demanding but rewarding leadership path.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of procurement experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Currently serving as Procurement Section Head or deputy in a similar leadership role.
• Proven leadership with measurable procurement optimization results.
• Proficient in procurement systems and IT collaboration (e.g., Oracle).
• Excellent communication, and strong Excel and Word skills.
• Expatriate-only role, preferably with South Asia exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general procurement with focus on pricing, terms, and cost efficiency.
• Lead capital and expansion procurement initiatives with engineering/operations liaison.
• Maintain internal controls for ethical procurement processes.
• Ensure supplier qualification, vetting, and audits per internal standards.
• Manage warehouse, stores, and customs operations for efficient material flow.
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement and supply-chain processes.
