Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in property management or related roles.

• Fluency in English and Indonesian.

Aufgaben

• Act as authorized representative in landlord meetings.
• Oversee day-to-day property operations including maintenance and invoicing.
• Lead procurement processes for vendor contracts and tenders.
• Coordinate with FM, security, and other specialists as needed.
• Prepare monthly usage reports and cost allocations.
• Support dispute resolution with third parties.
