Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, strategy, operations, or related commercial roles, with ecommerce background preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, able to influence senior partners.
• Solid project planning: timelines, prioritization, risk tracking, and follow-up.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficient in Excel, dashboards, reporting tools, and AI tools; fluent in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate key projects between GBS (Global Business Solutions) and GEC (Global Ecommerce) teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, and timelines.
• Adoption & Execution Excellence: Drive project adoption within the Client Solutions Team by building clear rollout plans, stakeholder communication, and execution follow-through.
• Insights & Strategic Action Planning: Work closely with GEC and internal GBS stakeholders to surface valuable commercial, operational, and product insights relevant to the market.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as a central connector across sales, client solutions, GEC, and other cross-functional partners to ensure smooth communication and decision-making.
