Job summary

SSP Indonesia seeks a Project Manager to lead projects across hospitality operations at travel hubs. You will develop plans, manage budgets, and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will identify risks, monitor progress, and report to management, ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulations in a dynamic food and beverage environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans including execution strategies, budgeting, and timelines.
• Lead and control all project execution to ensure alignment with plans, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and manage project risks, including defining appropriate mitigation actions.
• Monitor and evaluate project progress to ensure target achievement.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to management and the board of directors.
• Control project budget utilization and ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
• Resolve project issues effectively and make sound decisions.
• Ensure that work deliverables meet the established quality standards.
