Job summary

PT CITARASA PRIMA INDONESIA BERJAYA is seeking a Project Buyer Staff to manage procurement for outlet expansions, relocations, and maintenance projects in Indonesia.

The role requires 1 year of experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Buyer, with strong negotiation and vendor management skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams. You will supervise the purchasing team and ensure the PR-to-PO flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in procurement, purchasing, or project buying.
• Experience handling project procurement for outlet expansions, relocations and maintenance/service projects.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Able to work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Familiar with procurement flow from PR to PO.
• Able to supervise purchasing team performance.

• Oversee non-food materials such as packaging, store supplies, equipment, and operational needs.
• Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships.
