Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Production Planning, PPIC, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience coordinating with regional planning teams to align planning assumptions and inventory targets.
• Proven people management experience leading planning teams.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes.
• Experience leading end-to-end planning activities including demand forecasting and master production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning, inventory, and flow management to meet committed orders at target service level.
• Ensure alignment between production plans, inventory strategies, and S&OP objectives while balancing service, cost, and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce inventory, shorten lead times, and enhance planning tools and processes.
