Job summary

PT Mattel Indonesia is seeking a skilled Production Planning professional to manage and optimize production schedules aligned with customer demand. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related field with at least 3 years in production planning or manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Min 3 years in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing or related areas.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems; production planning is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand and priorities.
• Balance production capacity, inventory, and material availability.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor production performance and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify risks and resolve planning issues to minimize disruptions.
• Lead planning meetings and communicate production plans across functions.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
