Job summary

PT Vision and Young is seeking a Supply Chain Management professional focusing on procurement and trade in Indonesia. The role involves sourcing competitive partners, negotiating terms, and managing supplier relations to ensure timely delivery for engineering projects.

You will monitor inventories, coordinate material deliveries, oversee orders, ensure policy compliance, and prepare purchasing records. English communication is required; experience in construction/MEP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of purchasing or trading experience, preferably in construction/MEP.
• Experience handling parts for construction and electrical engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Searching and managing competitive Partners and Vendors
• Establish and manage supplier relationship and negotiate prices and delivery terms
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials
• Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to ensure smooth engineering project execution.
• Manage order processing and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing record and reports
• Coordinate with PPJK and Customs for goods clearance.
