Job summary

The candidate will manage complex procurement activities, oversee performance metrics, and mentor junior staff while ensuring alignment with cost management objectives and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in a related discipline or commensurate work exp.
• Typically 4–7 years of work experience in procurement, category mgmt, ops, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides complex-level procurement support using SME and multiple technologies.
• Leads process standardization and strategic initiatives; coordinates small acquisitions.
• Monitors programs, metrics, and delivery, proposing solutions with limited guidance.
• Manages deployment of processes by suppliers and partner groups to ensure smooth operations.
• Optimizes spend with external suppliers via negotiation and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborates with teams to maintain cost management and procurement objectives.
• Delivers independent analytic and strategic support to organizational goals.
• Develops and supervises junior procurement staff and provides training.
