Join our team to coordinate material arrivals, document control, and reporting on procurement campaigns, shipments, and raw materials, supporting quality and operations across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on material specifications, quality, price, availability, and delivery time.
• Request quotations, compare offers, and support supplier selection.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring all supporting documents are complete.
• Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate incoming materials and quality checks with the Quality Control team.
• Record goods receipts and transfers in the company system.
• Prepare purchasing, shipment, and raw material reports.
