Job summary

binus group is seeking a capable Procurement Specialist to develop and execute plans that support organizational needs. You will oversee procurement processes, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely purchases of goods and services.

In this role, you will monitor activities for policy compliance and optimize procurement performance through analytical thinking and strong vendor management. A Bachelor's degree and experience in project management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.
• Experience in project management, either as a Project Manager or as a member of a project team.
• Knowledge of or experience in managing IT-related projects is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in procurement or vendor management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement plans and programs to effectively and efficiently support organizational needs.
• Manage procurement processes, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring the timely procurement of goods and services.
• Monitor and evaluate procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and optimize procurement performance.
