Job summary

BINA NUSANTARA is seeking a procurement planning professional to arrange work plans, build vendor relationships, and manage requisitions from users. The role emphasizes monitoring internal processes to achieve continual improvement and ensure policy implementation.

Responsibilities include evaluating price estimates, budgeting for stock and non-stock needs, and conducting vendor evaluations to support business decisions. Strong leadership and experience in procurement are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1).
• 2+ years in Senior Staff or 4+ years with management competency.
• Experience in procurement planning, vendor management and contract evaluation.

Arrange work plan for procurement planning section. Build good relationship with vendor. Represent Procurement to receive requisitions from user. Responsible to manage, monitor, and evaluate the internal processes to achieve continual improvement. Ensure the effective implementation of overall policies and procedures. Perform budget stock & non-stock request validation received by procurement support. Provide advice and input to user about materials needed based on price evaluation. Analyze and set up financial estimation for the overall needs of the Business Unit (e.g., price estimation, alternative vendors, specification variance, budget usage). Conduct vendor evaluation and provide further suggestion for vendor continuance/change required and/or adjustment. Evaluate & monitor vendor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations & to determine need for changes. Management Support Activities: Provide Report to direct Supervisor. Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost). Perform activities related to Quality Management System. Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
