Kopi Kenangan is seeking a highly strategic Procurement Assistant Manager to lead high-value spend across indirect services, 3PL logistics, and warehouse TCO analysis. You will craft contracts, govern audits, and mentor a growing procurement team in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in procurement with deep indirect procurement experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record in driving cost savings and TCO improvements across multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement or supply chain within FMCG, retail, or multinational environments.
• Deep background in indirect procurement, multi-site warehouse operations, and 3PL networks.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial contract drafting, SLAs, penalties, and vendor panels.
• Proven expertise in writing and enforcing procurement SOPs for audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end procurement for indirect services, including Pest Control, Cleaning, IT, and POS hardware.
• Oversee 3PL partners and freight operators to optimize transport costs and align capacity with targets.
• Lead space leasing, equipment sourcing, and TCO modeling for warehouse expansions.
• Design, negotiate, and enforce logistics contracts with SLAs and risk mitigation terms.
• Monitor spending against budgets and prepare cost-breakdown proposals for executives.
• Write and embed Procurement SOPs to streamline PR-to-PO cycle times for audits.
• Develop SRM models and guide junior procurement team members toward savings targets.
