Job summary

GTech is seeking a Senior Procurement & GA Officer to manage end-to-end procurement and general affairs operations in Tangerang, Indonesia. You will oversee sourcing, quotation, negotiation, POs, and payment coordination while coordinating vendor performance and risk assessments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of procurement/GA experience, strong integrity, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2–3 years of procurement and/or GA experience, preferably at senior officer level.
• High integrity and strong work ethic, with accountability and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in managing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement: sourcing, quotation, negotiation, POs, and payment coordination.
• Conduct vendor sourcing, qualification, evaluation, and selection based on business needs.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Conduct vendor performance evaluation and maintain supplier scorecards.
• Develop, monitor, and follow up on SLA, KPI, and vendor performance.
• Manage vendor renewal, improvement plans, and issue escalation to ensure continuous service improvement.
• Conduct vendor risk assessments and monitor compliance with policies and requirements.
• Manage office facilities and general services to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate service vendors including cleaning, security, maintenance, courier, and other office support services.
• Coordinate office operational needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely service delivery.
• Manage company assets, facilities, and general affairs administration.
