Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk is seeking a dedicated PPIC Staff to plan, control, and coordinate production processes across our manufacturing operations. You will manage inventory levels, optimize material flow, and support supply chain effectiveness to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years PPIC experience, and proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years in Production Planning, Inventory Control, or PPIC.
• Strong understanding of MRP and production scheduling
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and MRP-based schedules.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions as needed.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams.
• Analyze data to identify efficiency improvements and waste reduction.
• Prepare regular production and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement projects in planning and inventory.
• Communicate production status and risks to stakeholders.
