Job summary

PermataBank is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to support its Finance Directorate in Jakarta Pusat. The role focuses on KPI formulation, monitoring, and collaboration with the PMO to drive strategic projects that fuel growth.

You will conduct market and industry research, manage stakeholder relationships, and help translate insights into actionable plans for the bank's retail and corporate segments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in banking industry or related positions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Bank’s strategic planning, KPI formulation process, and monthly KPI monitoring processes.
• Partner with Corporate Planning & PMO Head to evaluate and execute strategic project (inorganic investment thesis/ or any strategy projects).
• Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to identify emerging trends (threat and opportunities for the Bank).
• Build positive relationships with relevant stakeholder.
