Job summary

PT Arianda Putra Pratama is seeking a skilled Phamaceutical Procurement Staff to support head office operations in Jakarta. This full-time role emphasizes procurement, price optimization, and ERP-based pricing management.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you hold a SIPA license and demonstrate strong negotiation skills. The candidate will collaborate with Finance for invoicing and payments, manage POs, and maintain pricing in the ERP system.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, SCM, Business Administration or related field.
Valid pharmacist license (SIPA) is required.
Strong negotiation and price analysis skills, detail-oriented and ethical.
Proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP is a plus.
Highly motivated to learn and develop professionally.
Medical knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders, ensure on-time delivery and report to management.
Coordinate with Finance for invoice processing, tax docs, budget tracking, and vendor payments.
Update and maintain product pricing in the ERP system.
Negotiate prices and terms effectively with vendors.
Disseminate stock opname schedules to vendors across operational sites.
Manage and reconcile petty cash per corporate policies.
