Job summary

Electrum, a Jakarta-based mobility technology company, seeks an FP&A professional to own budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analyses, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

You will build robust financial models, monitor cost drivers, support month-end closing, and deliver monthly dashboards and management packs. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, management accounting, cost control, corporate finance, audit, or business analytics.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with ERP and BI/reporting tools preferred.
• Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Commercial curiosity, strong problem-solving ability, and confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
• Clear presentation and stakeholder-management skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for assigned functions or entities.
• Analyze actual performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; explain material revenue, gross margin, operating expense, and cash-flow variances.
• Monitor cost drivers, purchase commitments, accruals, and spending trends; identify savings opportunities and cost-control risks.
• Partner with budget owners to review performance, challenge assumptions, and develop corrective action plans.
• Prepare monthly management packs, dashboards, and ad hoc financial analyses for decision-making.
• Build business cases and financial models for projects, investments, pricing, headcount, and operational initiatives.
• Support month-end closing by validating operating expenses, accruals, allocation logic, and management-reporting accuracy.
• Improve planning models, reporting processes, master-data quality, and finance-system usage.
• Ensure cost-control practices comply with approval matrices, procurement policies, and internal controls.
