Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 4 to 7 years of total experience in procurement and contracts in upstream oil and gas.
• Experience handling tenders for goods and services, contract review, negotiations, and post‑award management.
• Good understanding of oil and gas contractual terms and risks.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, customer contracts, MSAs, purchase orders, amendments, and extensions.
• Identify contractual, commercial, financial, and operational risks and propose mitigations.
• Support tender team with exceptions, qualifications, and clarifications.
• Develop negotiation positions and lead or support contract negotiations with customers.
• Prepare contract summaries and obligation registers for project teams.
• Monitor contract milestones, notices, and records; manage changes, claims, and disputes.
