Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 4–7 years total experience in procurement and contracts, preferably in upstream oil and gas.
• 3 years handling drilling services contracts in oil and gas upstream operations.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and customer contracts.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigations.
• Support contract negotiations and post-award management.
• Prepare contract summaries and obligation registers.
• Monitor contract milestones, notices, and renewals.
• Advise on rights, responsibilities, and compliance in disputes.
