Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in procurement of non-raw materials.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data to inform purchasing decisions.
• Proficient with procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of contract law and supply chain principles.
• High integrity and ethical conduct.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement for non-raw materials, including requisition review and order placement.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, conduct audits, and manage relationships.
• Negotiate favorable terms and pricing to achieve cost savings.
• Prepare and process purchase orders with accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues with corrective actions.
• Maintain procurement records including vendor master data and contracts.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and engineering to fulfill requirements.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices to improve procurement.
• Contribute to development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with ethics, laws, and regulations.
