Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking a seasoned Head of Sales to build and lead Indonesia’s nationwide sales, distribution, and merchant acquisition infrastructure. You will oversee territory planning, distributor networks, multi-channel execution, and KPI governance to maximize product penetration for Cloud Speaker and miniPOS solutions.

The role requires extensive travel across Indonesia, leadership of a high-volume sales operation, and close collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related field.
• Minimum 10 years of national sales leadership experience.
• Experience with nationwide distribution in FMCG/fintech hardware.
• Willingness to travel across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a nationwide sales organization for merchant acquisition and hardware distribution.
• Design regional territory strategies and distributor frameworks across Indonesia.
• Develop pipelines across MT/GT, wholesalers, sub-distributors and field agents.
• Establish KPI governance and monitor regional performance with reports.
• Drive nationwide growth, merchant penetration and expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Finance for launches and campaigns.
• Manage distributor relationships, pricing, margins and governance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity for strategic decisions.
• Deliver executive-level pipeline and performance updates to leadership.
• Travel extensively to support onboarding and regional expansion.
