Job summary

PetroSea is seeking a Maintenance Planning Engineer to lead on-site planning and scheduling for heavy/mob ile equipment in Kalimantan Timur. You will develop sc ope of work for repairs, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project schedules and budgets.

Requirements include 1+ year in heavy/mobile maintenance planning, KPI awareness, and knowledge of maintenance methods. Fluency in English is a plus, with a strong SHE and ISO framework focus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in heavy/mobile maintenance planning.
• Experience with KPI measurement and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of heavy/mobile equipment and maintenance operations.
• Understanding of repair and maintenance methodology and tools analysis.
• Knowledge of cost and capital engineering and mining production targets.
• Fluent in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance activities on site to meet project schedule and budget.
• Establish and improve maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
• Prepare full scope of work for repairs.
• Monitor weekly/monthly planning and issue work orders.
• Communicate work instructions to subordinates and ensure compliance.
• Prepare reports and ensure backlog parts are ordered.
• Analyze equipment failures and advise on corrective actions.
• Implement SHE programs and adhere to ISO/SMK3 standards.
