The role focuses on providing strategic legal advice, drafting and negotiating key agreements, and managing litigation while ensuring regulatory compliance and constructive public engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
• Minimum 8 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, mining regulations, environmental regulations, and employment regulations in Indonesia.
• Proven experience leading a legal team and collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and business advice to management on all legal matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate management agreements, investment agreements, distribution agreements, fee letters and fund documents.
• Collaborate with senior management at Head Office and local panel law firm partners in Indonesia.
• Manage litigation and other legal processes.
• Work closely with wider group team and maintain good working relationships.
• Provide advice on compliance structures and support enforcement of compliance policies across departments.
• Develop external and internal corporate communication strategies.
• Maintain and enhance the company's positive image in public.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, stakeholders, government, and communities.
