Job summary

App Group is seeking an Expert Material Supply to support the Material Division Head in monitoring and supervising all supply chain activities for efficient warehouse and inventory management. The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/SCM with strong procurement knowledge and ERP experience.

Candidates should be fluent in English with basic Mandarin/Hokkien, and possess APICS CPIM/CSCP certifications are a plus. Cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, SCM or related field.
At least 5 years in warehouse management with a track record of optimizing operations.
Fluent English; Mandarin/Hokkien basics preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand and monitor inventory tracking, stock levels, reorder points and safety stock.
Oversee material flow from receipt to shipment and coordinate with purchasing/logistics.
Manage receiving, inspection and preparation for shipment processes.
Develop and implement material sourcing strategies and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with procurement for supplier selection/negotiations and policy improvements.
Generate SCM reports and data-driven recommendations for cost optimization.
