Job summary

Plexus Corp. seeks a production scheduler to align demand with capacity, manage schedules, and ensure on-time delivery. You will optimize inventory, production planning, and procurement decisions with program management.

Responsibilities include maintaining Master Production Schedules (MPS), generating MRP signals, analyzing what-if scenarios, and mitigating disruptions to production and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• In-depth scheduling, inventory, and production planning knowledge required.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and data collection tools preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Program Management; analyze customer demand for inventory and scheduling decisions.
• Create and analyze what-if scenarios to simulate impacts on Plexus operations.
• Create and maintain Master Production Schedules (MPS) and generate MRP signals.
• Mitigate production disruptions to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
