Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales/marketing experience in the uniform, garment, or apparel manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience managing corporate (B2B) accounts and navigating government procurement systems (LKPP e-Catalog / LPSE).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-driven leader capable of coordinating across Production, Finance, and Logistics and travel for tender representations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to expand market share in corporate (B2B) and government sectors.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate accounts, institutional buyers, and government stakeholders.
• Lead government bidding/tender procedures (LKPP e-Catalog management) from eligibility to contract award.
• Monitor garment industry trends and identify opportunities and product demands.
• Collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to ensure orders are feasible and on schedule.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing models, and terms with enterprise clients and partners.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline forecasts, and budget achievements to senior management.
