Job summary

Mercure Garut City Center is seeking a Sales Manager to lead strategic planning and execution across international markets, driving occupancy and revenue for the luxury resort. You will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and collaborate with luxury travel partners to achieve profitability targets.

The role requires 3–4 years in luxury resort sales, strong market insight, and fluency with PMS/CRS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–4 years of prior experience in Sales within a luxury resort environment.
• Proven success in handling international markets (e.g. Europe & CIS) and working with luxury travel agencies.
• Familiarity and understanding of PMS/CRS systems used in luxury hospitality.
• Comfortable with data-driven decision-making; able to analyze sales trends, forecast demand, and prepare performance reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic sales action plans to drive revenue growth and prepare reports.
• Monitor and analyze monthly sales performance against targets to maximize results.
• Represent the resort in high-level client meetings, sales presentations, familiarization trips, and site inspections.
• Support creation of new packages, room categories, and service offerings aligned with guest trends and market demand.
• Ensure brand standards are upheld in all sales materials and communications.
