Job summary

PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya in Jakarta Selatan seeks a Supply Planning professional to develop production and supply plans based on demand forecasts and S&OP results. You will monitor performance and coordinate with PPIC, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Inventory Planning to meet targets.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 1–2 years in supply planning or production planning, strong Excel and SAP skills, and solid analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, PPIC, or Supply Chain.
Good understanding of SCM, production planning, scheduling, inventory, and S&OP.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP/ERP.
Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
FMCG industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate production & supply plans based on demand forecasts and S&OP results.
Monitor production, supply, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure target achievement.
Prepare and review weekly/monthly supply reports and KPIs.
Coordinate with PPIC, Demand Planning, Logistics, Inventory Planning, and related functions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply planning process.
