Indosat is seeking an in-house Counsel to support Group General Counsel Enterprise & Operations. You will draft, review and negotiate contracts across procurement, network, IT, and property matters, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian law and internal policies.

You will provide day-to-day legal advice, manage contractual risk, and coordinate with internal teams and external counsel. A law degree from a reputable Indonesian university and 3–4 years of relevant experience are required.

Formación

• Min. bachelor’s degree in law (SH) from reputable universities in Indonesia.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in an in-house legal function or law firm, preferably drafting, reviewing and negotiating sourcing, procurement, vendor/supply, network/infrastructure, IT/technology, lease/property or other commercial contracts.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian contract and commercial law and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Exposure to the telecommunications, data centre or technology infrastructure industry is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts across procurement, network/infrastructure, IT/technology, and lease/property matters.
• Identify legal risks and help ensure that agreements and transactions comply with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Provide day-to-day legal advice and practical support in relation to negotiation, execution, implementation, management and enforcement of contracts within scope; coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Support governance, regulatory matters and risk mitigation within the role’s assigned scope.
