Job summary

RGf HR Agent Indonesia represents a multinational commodity trading company seeking a Legal Corporate Secretary in Lampung. The role focuses on contract review, corporate documentation, and day-to-day board support.

With a law degree and 4 years of related experience, you will liaise with counsel, manage records, and prepare materials for directors and shareholders, ensuring governance and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• High conversational English proficiency.
• 4 years of experience in a Legal Corporate Secretary role.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, agreements, legal letters, and other corporate legal documents.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, notaries, banks, auditors, government institutions, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain and properly organize corporate records, licenses, permits, agreements, and other legal documentation.
• Coordinate and prepare materials and supporting documents for Board of Directors and Shareholders' meetings.
• Arrange meeting agendas, record minutes, prepare resolutions, and manage required corporate approvals.
• Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative assistance to the Board of Directors.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between management and relevant internal or external parties.
• Safeguard confidential company, corporate, and management-related information.
• Other tasks as assigned.
