Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Key Account Management, Sales, or Trade Marketing, preferably in wellness or retail.
• Familiarity with marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
• Experience managing online and offline sales channels.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with negotiation skills.
• Proven track record building long-term partnerships with key clients and distributors.
• Strategic, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand key partnerships including modern/offline retail partners, and distributors.
• Develop and execute account and distribution strategies to drive brand visibility, availability, and profitability.
• Identify and onboard new distribution channels and regional partners to expand market reach.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional programs to optimize sales performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and creative teams to execute marketing campaigns and trade activation plans.
• Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and inventory levels across all channels to ensure smooth distribution flow.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders to align on goals and performance.
• Ensure consistent brand experience and visibility across all sales and distribution touchpoints.
