Job summary

The Mesa Bali in Bali is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our information technology operations and infrastructure. This full-time role focuses on aligning technology with business goals, managing the IT team, and ensuring secure, reliable systems to support growth and digital transformation.

Responsibilities include budgeting, policy enforcement, vendor negotiations, and strategic guidance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT management or senior technical leadership.
• Proven experience managing IT teams and strong people management skills.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems administration and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with IT budgeting, financial planning and vendor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Lead, manage and mentor the IT team, including recruitment, training, performance management and professional development.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and ROI.
• Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures and security protocols to protect company data and systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software and IT services.
• Identify technology needs and recommend solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and data protection requirements.
• Provide strategic IT guidance to senior management and support business units in achieving their objectives.
• Respond to and resolve critical IT incidents and manage disaster recovery planning.
