Job summary

PT Bumi Amartha Teknologi Mandiri is seeking an IT Business Analyst to drive Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Governance initiatives. You will gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops with stakeholders, and translate needs into clear specifications for technology solutions.

Collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and IT teams, you will analyze processes, create BRDs and use cases, and support UAT to ensure successful implementation. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Contract Management processes.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and discussions with business stakeholders to identify business needs and process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and system requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance and other stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze business processes, workflows, and requirements to support the development or enhancement of technology solutions.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents, process flows, use cases, and other relevant project documentation.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and issue clarification when required.
• Provide recommendations and support stakeholders throughout the solution implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops and document process improvements for Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Governance domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into actionable specifications.
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical design during delivery.
• Support UAT and issue clarification during implementation.
