Job summary

Amar Bank is seeking a Data Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver data-driven insights. You will develop dashboards and automated reports, enabling data-based decisions across the organization and supporting the Tunaiku platform and digital lending initiatives.

The role requires hands-on experience with BI tools, data sources, and analytics methods, along with strong storytelling skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a related analytics role.
• Ability to build user-friendly and insightful dashboards/reports.
• Experience operating multiple data sources (NoSQL, RDBMS, JSON).
• Experience with descriptive/diagnostic/predictive/prescriptive analytics.
• Knowledge of data mining concepts (statistics, forecasting, ML).
• Experience processing core banking data and understanding digital lending flows.
• Ability to translate technical work into business-friendly storytelling.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis to measure impact of new features, business flows, and campaigns, and present results visually.
• Create and manage automated reports/dashboards based on stakeholder needs.
• Build and optimize Data Marts to speed up work.
• Work with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Advise stakeholders on new metrics, data sources, and analytical methods.
• Communicate complex concepts in simple, business-friendly terms.
• Stay updated on data and analytics trends.
