Job summary

PT IBM Indonesia is seeking a strategic Funding Manager to lead and expand funding partnerships for its tech-driven digital financial services platform. You will own end-to-end sourcing, deal structuring, pricing, and capital optimization to maximize liquidity and lower funding costs as the company scales.

The role is on-site at Cyber 2 Tower, Kuningan, South Jakarta, and requires 5+ years in Banking, Multifinance, P2P Lending, or Private Credit, with proven ability to negotiate, onboard

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Banking, Multifinance, P2P Lending, private credit, or Asset Management.
• Proven track record sourcing, negotiating, and closing institutional deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial services regulations and governance in Indonesia.
• Willingness to work on-site at Cyber 2 Tower, Kuningan, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Expand institutional partnerships with banks, BPRs, multifinance, and other lenders.
• Oversee funding initiatives and nurture long-term relationships with external institutions.
• Develop funding strategies to optimize cost of funds and liquidity.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations with partners and structure deals.
• Manage loan and funding pipeline from documentation to disbursement and covenants.
• Coordinate with internal risk/operations and external partners.
