Job summary

WIK Group is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage indirect procurement globally, focusing on equipment, automation, prototypes, tools and services. You will drive governance to maximize material profit and collaborate with regional and global teams to implement strategic supplier plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 3 years in a similar position, with strong English skills and expertise in ERP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience formulating commodity strategies, supplier management, market analysis and cost control.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with strong communication and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect procurement activities for equipment, automation, prototypes, tools and services.
• Govern global procurement governance to maximize operating profit from materials.
• Drive strategic supplier management and partner with regional/global teams.
• Develop commodity strategy and monitor market trends for profitability.
• Coordinate planning, forecasting, reporting and cost control within the material field.
• Manage sourcing risk and contract negotiations across short/medium/long-term horizons.
