• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience including in-house.
• Advocate License from PERADI.
• Sought-after specialist in regulated areas (litigation, labor and employment, customer protection).
• Strong drafting, risk assessment and regulatory compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end litigation cases from pre-litigation to resolution.
• Provide strategic input to business and HR for risk mitigation and damage control.
• Draft and advise on employment contracts and related policies to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with external counsel and government officials as primary contact.
• Prepare regular management reports on litigation status and implications.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support informed decisions.
• Monitor regulatory updates affecting litigation strategy and exposure.
• Review day-to-day agreements to identify legal risks and ensure standards.
