Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a Litigation Legal Counsel at manager level to serve as a strategic partner across the group, handling litigation and employment matters with internal teams, external counsel, and government personnel.

You will lead end-to-end case management, provide risk mitigation guidance, draft employment contracts and policies, monitor regulatory changes, and report developments to management to protect the company’s interests.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience including in-house.
• Holds a law degree from a reputable university.
• Advocate License from PERADI.
• Sought-after specialist in regulated areas (litigation, employee protection).
• Deep knowledge of legal risk, drafting and case handling.
• Experience engaging with government officials at high and working levels.
• Ability to navigate regulatory barriers with commercial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end litigation cases from pre-litigation to resolution.
• Provide strategic input and risk-mitigation guidance to biz and HR.
• Advise on drafting employment contracts and related policies.
• Liaise with external counsel and government personnel as primary contact.
• Prepare reports on litigation status and implications for management.
• Conduct legal research to support informed decisions.
• Monitor regulatory updates and communicate changes impacting strategy.
• Review day-to-day agreements for risks and compliance.
