Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for large ICT projects in Indonesia. You will oversee demand fulfillment, ordering, logistics, inventory, and distribution while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

The role requires 7+ years in SCM/Logistics, 3+ years in a managerial capacity, and strong knowledge of BCM, import/export processes, and international logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
• 3+ years leading large-scale project supply management or end-to-end fulfillment operations.
• Experience in ICT, telecommunications, technology, logistics, or large multinational supply chains.
• Experience in a tier-one multinational with high-volume international logistics.
• Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (demand planning to transportation).
• Experience with BCM, import and customs, and risk management.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management; English required; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain management activities including demand planning, ordering, fulfillment, logistics, inventory and distribution.
• Design fulfillment strategies for large-scale customer projects during bidding, implementation and delivery phases.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, logistics, planning, finance, sales and project management teams for aligned execution.
• Oversee high-volume order fulfillment and inventory movements with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor supply capacity, lead times, logistics performance and project milestones to mitigate risks.
• Manage BCM, import/customs issues, bottlenecks to minimize disruption.
• Analyze performance, costs and satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare reports and strategic recommendations for senior management and regional stakeholders.
